Main Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef

- 2 cloves garlic, grated or minced
- 1/2 head green cabbage, core removed and chopped into bite sized pieces (about 5 cups)

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- Sauté Aromatics and Cabbage: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to the same skillet. Add diced onion and minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add chopped cabbage and season with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook the cabbage until tender, about 10 minutes.
