Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make frozen rosé cocktail with strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings or a cool treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups rosé wine
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Put frozen strawberries, rosé wine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes into your blender.
  2. Blend: Mix until the mixture has a smooth consistency, which usually takes about 30-60 seconds depending on your blender's power.
  3. Serve: Pour the frosé into glasses and garnish with strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • You can use granulated sugar, strawberry syrup, or another sweetener instead of simple syrup, or omit it entirely for a less sweet drink.
  • Use rosé wine that you enjoy drinking on its own, dry or sweet; white wine can be substituted if rosé is not preferred.
  • To add more kick, add 1 ounce of vodka per serving and consider increasing the ice to balance the strength.
