  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Slice each chicken breast horizontally into two halves with a sharp knife. Pat the chicken dry thoroughly.
  2. Apply Mayonnaise: Spread mayonnaise evenly on both sides of each chicken piece using a butter knife to help the coating stick.
  3. Mix Coating: In a wide, shallow bowl, combine parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and sea salt. Mix well with a fork or spoon.
